Please type your submissions. Don't worry about formatting. All articles and letters are reformatted. Photos may be sent via email attachments in tif or jpg format. Use the full resolution and picture size available. If you have several pictures, it may be better to burn a CD. If you mail us a print, be sure it is protected by heavy cardboard.

We reserve the right to edit submissions.

We assume no responsibility for authors' opinions, errors, or omissions.

PLACE A DISPLAY AD
We publish monthly. Closing date is the tenth of the preceding month. (January ads and editorial close December 10.)

All ads MUST be paid for in advance. Please enclose a check with your artwork. We assume no responsibility for advertisers' submission. Frequency discounts require a written contract signed by the advertiser and the publisher. Advertisers who do not meet the terms of their contract are subject to a short rate for previous ads run at a frequency discount.

Preferred format is PDF. Be sure that fonts are embedded, and that the ad meets size requirements. If you would like us to prepare your ad, we can arrange for production.

Cost is $7 a line (36 characters and spaces per line). Classified advertisers may receive a free listing of their ads at the MNN website. Email your classified ad to news@mnn.net. Mountain Network News is mailed free of charge to all households and businesses on all rural routes out of Los Gatos and to all Redwood Estates boxholders. The circulation area includes the Santa Cruz Mountain communities of Lakeside, Lexington and Loma Prieta, including the Summit area, Redwood Estates. Aldercroft Heights, Holy City, Las Cumbres, Skyland, Hutchison Road area, Chemeketa Park and Glenwood.
